Effective April 7, 2025, MercaSID will assume representation, marketing, and distribution throughout the country for the prestigious businesses of Arla Foods (Milex®, Arla®, Lurpak®, Castello®), Alimentos Maravilla (Del Monte®), Distribuidora EDT (Cereales Gran Día®, Señorial®), Grupo Cendalza (Cashita’s®), Harboe Breweries (Hypermalt®, Caribia®), and Chuchú Frut®, previously managed by Mejía Arcalá.

This acquisition marks a milestone in MercaSID’s growth strategy, integrating highly recognized global brands into its portfolio, such as Milex®, the undisputed leader in the powdered milk segment.
